The church supports two full time workers, The Rev. Mark Roper is our minister. He also has responsibility for Summerseat Methodist Church. Newton Gatambia & Julius Ndhala  are our full time church workers. We also have a part time voluntary church worker, Janet Vipond. We have four main teams for leadership:

• The Leadership Team - A group of people who are gifted in ministry within the church
• The Stewards - Who have responsibility for running the services
• The Church council - Elected representatives from all areas of church who make major decisions on all aspects of church life.
• Core Group Leaders- 10 People who each have oversight for one area of church life.
