The church supports two full time workers, The Rev. Mark Roper is our minister. He also has responsibility for Summerseat Methodist Church. Tia Danning is our full time church worker. We also have a part time voluntary church worker, Janet Vipond. We have four main teams for leadership:

• The Leadership Team - A group of people who are gifted in ministry within the church
• The Stewards - Who have responsibility for running the services
• The Church council - Elected representatives from all areas of church who make major decisions on all aspects of church life.
• Core Group Leaders- 10 People who each have oversight for one area of church life.
